Dr. Who has been an icon of science fiction for 60 years! In all that time, the wizards in their visual effects department have shown us the impossible on microscopic budgets. Geoffrey Mark (CG supervisor on Raised By Wolves and The Orville) moderates a panel made up of effects luminaries Jim Davidson, Ian Hunter, Tom Griep, and Chris Simmons. They will be shown a clip from classic Dr. Who episodes and challenged to re-create those effects with household materials.
